no problem, i think :P you loose the bolts on enginemount, and lift the engine upp to get them out, in with the New, and lower the engine back Down and tight the screws.

Lol really that easy?! I didn't know if there was enough movement in the various components to do it like that but happy days if so!

Car has vibratec uprated mounts which I'm not very keen on so back to standard!

think it is enough, if not its to lift/hang engine up as much as you can, and then lower the crossmember(4 screws) enough to get them out.

vibra should be good, but get allitle more noice into the car. if go back to standar, be sure they are good or New.

All done and car deffo seems to be a smoother and less vibrations, so I'm happy!
